TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Bookings: we require £10 deposit per person at the time of booking. Total food cost needs to be fully paid by a week prior to the event.
Event Cancellation: So long as you cancel the whole event 20 days before your booked date, you’ll get a full refund of your deposit. For an event cancellation 19-8 days prior the booked date, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your event less than 7 days before the booked date, the full payment of the food will not be refunded - the service charge of the food bill will be refunded in whole.

Alterations: Adding people to your booking is subject to availability; If someone cannot attend your party, let us know at least 2 days prior your booking and we will fully refund their deposit. If you don’t let us know that fewer people are coming, we’ll have to charge you for their food .

Service Charge: There is a 10% discretionary service charge for groups between 6-20 guests and 12.50% for groups of 21+ guests.

Food Order: We can only accommodate on the spot food orders for groups up to 8 guests. We will need a pre-order for groups between 9-12 people. For groups of 13 guests and more we are only able to serve the Greek Meze or set meal options. Please contact us for more details.
