Reopening & Operations

Untitled design (1).png

The safety of our guests, staff and family are our main priority!

We have summarised below all the information in regards to our reopening along with the new guidelines and processes for our operations.

  • We have updated our Covid-19 Risk Assessment and communicated the outcome to our team.

  • The whole restaurant has been deep cleaned and disinfected.

  • We have installed antimicrobial safe wraps/pads on all high touch points (door knobs, handles).

  • Our team is fully trained in regards to the current legislation, new operating procedures and cleaning processes.

  • We have further upgraded our already strict cleaning processes.

  • The outside seating area will operate as usual; we have installed heaters and wind protectors.

  • We do not accept bookings for the outdoors area as we cannot guarantee the weather being accommodating to our plans.

  • Restaurant layout will adhere to distancing rules of either two metres or one metre with risk mitigations (i.e. back to back seating or protective screens).

  • All tables & surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.

  • Disinfecting hand gel will be available at each entry point and in the WC area.

  • Appropriate signage with clear guidance will be posted throughout the restaurant.

  • We encourage bookings. Walk-ins are still welcome but we cannot guarantee availability.

  • While social distancing rules remain in place, we have a very limited number of tables available, so each table is allocated for a two-hour sitting.

  • All guests must check in by scanning the official NHS QR code poster with the NHS COVID-19 app

  • If guests do not have the NHS app we will request their contact details. Guests who will deny sharing their contact details will be refused service and asked to leave premises.

  • We are safely storing data within the GDPR guidelines for 21 days.

  • We will be accepting both credit card and cash payments. Our team is trained on how to handle cash.

  • As of Monday 14th September all our waiting staff will be wearing masks.

  • Guests are requested to wear their masks when entering and moving around the premises. Masks can be removed when seated.

  • Guests will be allowed to be served in groups of 6 people or 2 households of any size indoors, or in groups of up to 30 people outdoors.

We ask our guests to kindly:

  • Enter and walk around (i.e. toilet use) our premises with a mask

  • Follow the guidelines and signage displayed in the restaurant area

  • Keep your distance from other guests

  • Wash your hands regularly and sanitise with the provided disinfectant

  • Be respectful of the rules, our team and other guests

  • Please supervise your little humans at all times. All this is even harder for them to process :)
