Reopening & Operations

The safety of our guests, staff and family are our main priority!

We have summarised below all the information in regards to our reopening along with the new guidelines and processes for our operations.

  • We have conducted a Covid-19 Risk Assessment and communicated the outcome to our team.

  • The whole restaurant has been deep cleaned and disinfected.

  • Our team is fully trained in regards to the current legislation, new operating procedures and cleaning processes.

  • We have further upgraded our already strict cleaning processes and will be disinfecting high touch points and areas (door knobs, WC, etc.) more regularly than before.

  • The outside seating area will operate as usual (weather permitting); we have installed heaters and wind protectors.

  • Restaurant layout will adhere to the distancing rules. Where 2 meters are unattainable, we will be using protective screens.

  • All table decorations and table mats will be removed.

  • Condiments will be available on request in individual packaging.

  • We will be introducing one-time-use paper menus.

  • All tables & surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected after each use. In addition we will be disinfecting tables with UVC light.

  • Disinfecting hand gel will be available at each entry point and in the WC area.

  • Appropriate signage with clear guidance will be posted throughout the restaurant.

  • We encourage bookings via text, email or telephone.

  • We will be operating with staggered and time sensitive booking slots; i.e. 5:30-7:30, 6-8, etc.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

  • We will be collecting guests' contact information and safely storing data within the GDPR guidelines for 21 days.

  • We will be accepting both credit card and cash payments. Our team is trained on how to handle cash.

  • We regret to say we are unable to accommodate groups over six people. Multiple-table bookings are welcome, but table allocation will adhere to distancing rules as normal. 

  • As of Monday 14th September all our waiting staff will be wearing masks.

  • As of Thursday 24th Septembers all guests must exit premises by 10pm.

We ask our guests to kindly:

  • Enter and walk around (i.e. toilet use) our premises with a mask

  • Follow the guidelines and signage displayed in the restaurant area

  • Keep your distance from other guests

  • Wash your hands regularly and sanitise with the provided disinfectant

  • Be respectful of the rules, our team and other guests

  • Please supervise your little humans at all times. All this is even harder for them to process :)
